May 27 - Intertransport Gruber has coordinated the shipment of an 84.9-tonne stator frame from Ohio in the USA to Linz, Austria.
The frame, which had the dimensions 8.3 m x 4.4 m x 4.3 m, was transported by road from Hubbard, Ohio to the nearest US port using a flat deck trailer owned and operated by Diamond Heavy Haul.
The total truck and trailer combination measured 62.5 m in length.
Intertransport Gruber, which was formed when Gruber bought Intertransport Hohnholz in 2013, is a member of the Project Cargo Network (PCN) in Germany.
