November 22 - Fort Lauderdale, USA-based, The Charter Store, an experienced air charter broker, is expanding its service team in the USA.
In addition to customer service and sales representation in Florida, California, and the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area, the company has concluded an agreement with the Air Logistics Group to provide local sales and service representation in four additional major US gateways: Houston/Dallas, Atlanta, New York and Chicago.
Freight forwarder clients will have a local contact for The Charter Store in these regions.
The Charter Store founder Harry Steiner says: "Our goal is to be as accessible - and as service-oriented - as possible, no matter where our clients are."
Juan Carlos Serna, regional director Americas for the Air Logistics Group added: "Our partnership with The Charter Store will complement our current portfolio in the United States by offering to our freight forwarder customers integral solutions for their airfreight needs, being in the scheduled services of our partner airlines or through more tailor-made products such as the ones The Charter Store can provide."
Steiner says that this new arrangement is now in effect, and gives The Charter Store the largest commercial footprint of any air charter broker in the USA.
