August 1 - Fleet Line Shipping (FLS) has delivered 250 caravans, each measuring 12 m x 4 m x 3 m, from Hamriyah Free Zone in Sharjah, UAE to a project site in Iraq.
The units were shipped in three lots from the UAE to Iraq's Umm Qasr port on board a breakbulk vessel.
FLS' operation in Iraq - FLS-KAA - performed the Customs clearance on arrival and transported the caravans overland to sites in Basra and Baghdad.
FLS-KAA is member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for Iraq.
