August 10 - The fast-growing forwarder group, Project Cargo Network, has revealed its first member in Argentina with the addition of Argenex.
The company first began trading in 2004 when opened by a group of vastly experienced professionals. It now employs 80 people in freight forwarding and is headquartered in Buenos Aires with branch offices in Chaco, Formosa, Cordoba, Chubut, Santa Cruz, Santa Fe, Neuquen and Tierra del Fuego.
The experienced team at Argenex includes international director, Alejandro Sproviero, who has been a prominent figure in the project cargo sector since 1987 and can provide core services in project and heavy lift shipments including oversize, overweight, overheight, dangerous goods, explosives, vessel chartering, inbound and outbound charter flights, domestic charter flights.
A recent project for Argenex involved the movement of gas storage tubes for "Total Gas Argentina". The Argentine inland movement spanned some 2,400 km from Buenos Aires port to the plant in Rio Grande.
