June 11 - AirBridgeCargo Airlines (ABC) transported 180,605 tonnes of cargo across its global route network in the first five months of 2015, which is a year-on-year increase of 16 percent.
ABC has continued to expand its global network, increasing its footprint in Asia by launching twice-weekly flights from Hanoi, with further onward connections to Europe and the USA via Hong Kong; and developing in the North American market by launching flights from Los Angeles.
The airline has also added more frequencies from Asia, Europe and the USA, reaching 48, 55 and 17 weekly departures per region respectively. By introducing new destinations and additional flights, ABC has increased the number of available delivery solutions for its international customers via the airline's hub in Moscow.
ABC operates scheduled flights to 26 destinations in 14 countries using its fleet of 14 Boeing 747 freighter aircraft.
