November 13 - Europrim Shipping has completed the shipment of a natural gas processing plant from Malaysia to Tatarstan.
Weighing more than 7,000 tonnes with a total volume of around 15,000 cu m, the consignment was shipped by four oceangoing vessels from the port of Kuantan, Malaysia to Constanta port. Europrim's special projects team was on hand to complete the safe reloading of the consignment onto nine river barges for oncarriage on the Volga River network to Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan.
The Europrim team coordinated unloading and terminal handling, Customs clearance, optimising stowage plans, and loading and lashing on the vessels. Europrim's project team managed to tranship the factory in line with the agreed deadline, before the Volga River froze and became impassible.
