August 26 - Ekin Heavy & Project Cargo Transportation has shipped two 45-tonne scrubbers from Mersin to Kocaeli in Turkey.
The scrubbers were loaded at Tarsus and transported by road to Mersin port, where the cargo was shipped to Eyvap port. From Eyvap, the cargo was delivered by road to the jobsite in Yarimca.
The scope of Ekin's work included chartering the vessel, loading the vessel at Mersin port, unloading the vessel at Eyvap port, lashing the cargo, organising escorting and permits, as well as the removal of all necessary overpasses, signboards and electric cables en route.
