July 15 - The Duluth Seaway Port Authority has named Kathyrn Ferguson as its director of business development.
Ferguson will be the first point of contact for companies pursuing domestic and international trade opportunities at the port. She will also work to develop, attract and retain business for the port authority and its properties.
She most recently served as a supply chain informatics senior specialist for Essentia Health, and previously spent nine years in the logistics industry, working for Great Lakes Fleet (GLF) and Canadian National Railway.
