April 14 - GAC has opened a new office in the Danish port of Esbjerg.
From the new Esbjerg base, GAC Denmark will provide shipping, logistics and marine support to its general shipping, offshore oil and gas and renewable energy customers.
GAC shipping manager Frederik Christiansen said that the decision to open the new office reflects the group's strategy to grow its oil and gas and renewable energy business in Europe.
"From our new location at the heart of the port, we are conveniently close to many of our existing clients and business partners," added Christiansen. "Locally, we provide quality ship agency, husbandry, offshore crew changes, bunker fuel supply, warehousing and upstream oil and gas logistics support."
