January 17 - Last month, Dan Czech Special Transport handled the shipment of six project cargo modules, which will be used in the chemical industry, from Litvínov to Lovosice port in the Czech Republic.
The heaviest piece weighed 111 tonnes and, including the transport saddles, measured 50 m x 3.2 m x 4.25 m.
Dan Czech utilised its Goldhofer THP/ET modules and a lowbed trailer to move the individual shipments.
The pre-carriage transport to Lovosice port, a distance of 65 km, was completed in two days, and the cargoes were loaded on to a barge for onward transportation to the Port of Antwerp.
