July 3 - Worldwide Project Consortium member, Transy has managed the transportation of five cryogenic tanks from Russia to the Soyuz-ST LV launch complex in the Guiana Space Centre.
The 30 metre long cryogenic tanks weighed up to 84 tonnes and were transported from Moscow to the port of St Petersburg by rail, installed and mounted by Transy specialists in a dedicated storage area within the port, then loaded onboard a ro-ro vessel using a special trailer and floating crane of 300 tonnes capacity.
