October 29 - Crane Rental Corporation is opening a new office and equipment yard on Highway 59 in Loxley, Alabama.
This is the company's fourth location, with Crane Rental's other facilities located in Florida, in Davenport and Tampa, along with its corporate office in Orlando.
"This new location in the Mobile, Alabama area will allow us to increase the services we provide to the Gulf Coast region," said Crane Rental president Alan Ashlock.
Crane Rental will offer a full range of services from the location, including heavy haulage and specialised rigging, as well as offering the following cranes: 15-tonne to 130-tonne capacity rough terrain cranes; hydraulic truck cranes ranging in capacity from 28 to 600 tonnes; crawler cranes with capacities from 80 to 825 tonnes; and electric tower cranes.
Shannon Duvic, manager of sales and marketing at Crane Rental, has also announced that John Boone will become Gulf Coast branch manager, joining the company's existing Gulf Coast team that includes John Walker in business development and project sales.
