August 1 - Tanzania's Alistair Group has handled the transportation of two underflow cones from Johannesburg to Mwadui, Shinyanga.
The units, which were destined for use in a mine, were 4.2 m wide and were loaded onto two flatbed trailers.
The trucks routed through South Africa, Botswana, Zambia and Tanzania on their way to the offloading location.
To move the units safely the convoy was accompanied by two escort vehicles from South Africa all the way to mine, including police escorts in Zambia and Tanzania.
