September 10 - Further to our report from September 8, the Clipper Group has confirmed the recent sale of three multipurpose vessels, built in 2011 and 2012, to Algerian shipping company, Compagnie Nationale Alg
A Clipper spokesperson also confirmed that this is part of Clipper's continual renewal of its fleet, adding that it had secured a good price for the ships and that their sale will not result in a loss for the carrier.
HLPFI was also advised that the ships will be replaced with other tonnage and that the carrier also has other multipurpose ships available for purchase; mainly over 15 years old.
