This week we have seen a Foster Wheeler subsidiary awarded a contract for the design and supply of a heat recovery steam generator, MHI announce that it is to build a large scale ammonia and urea fertiliser production plant for Turkmenhimiya, and Skanska sign a contract with AB Stockholmshem to construct five houses in Stockholm.
A subsidiary of Foster Wheeler AG's Global Power Group has been awarded a contract by Iberdrola, for the design and supply of a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG). The unit will be installed at a cogeneration plant that Iberdrola is building at the Kimberly Clark de Mexico Ramos Arizpe Facility in Coahuila, Mexico.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. Bechtel has successfully hydro tested two additional liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks built on Curtis Island in Queensland. The tests confirm that the tanks built for the Australia Pacific LNG and Santos GLNG plants are ready to store LNG and follow the successful test of a tank at the Queensland Curtis LNG project earlier this year.

Vestas and EP Global Energy have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to expand its existing Wind for Prosperity collaboration into Africa. Vestas and EP Global Energy have been working since March 2014 on developing a donor-funded wind farm in Jordan to help the country address its growing energy challenges, which are being exacerbated by the influx of refugees as a result of the ongoing conflict in Syria. The project is expected to be completed during 2015.
