May 29 - Breakbulk South America Congress 2013 will bring together cargo owners, forwarders, carriers and ports that have a common interest in South America's project and breakbulk cargo industry.
The event will consist of a general session focusing on topics that are most important to the logistics community, networking opportunities with cargo decision makers, as well as training workshops.
New for 2013 is the Krabbendam Heavy Lift MasterClass - a course that will demonstrate best practices in handling heavy lifts in a safe manner. Richard Krabbendam will host the course - founder of the Krabbendam Advisory Service and a heavy lift specialist for Jumbo Offshore. Krabbendam has 37 years of experience in the field and has also worked with Big Lift, Mammoet and is co-founder of ITREC (International Transport & Rigging Engineering Consultants).
