December 14 - According to China's Cosco Shipyard, the heavy-duty module carrier BigRoll Baffin has been delivered to Dutch operator BigRoll Shipping.
BigRoll Baffin is the third in a series of four MC class module carriers being delivered to BigRoll Shipping. The vessel is 173 m long by 42 m wide and has a maximum load capacity of 21,000 tonnes, said the shipyard.
HLPFI reported in June 2016 that the second ship in the series - BigRoll Bering - had been delivered to the Dutch company.
One final vessel - BigRoll Beaufort - is still to be delivered.
