January 2 - Following the successful integration of Bellville Rodair International's operations into the OIA Global group, the company has decided to name all of its activities under the OIA Global banner.
HLPFI reported during September 2013 that Portland, Oregon based OIA Global had purchased majority control of UK based Bellville Rodair.
Bellville Rodair will now be known as OIA Global in the UK and elsewhere.
"The people are the same. The processes are the same. The service is the same. The quality is the same. Only the name is changing," said David Ower, managing director Europe for OIA Global, in a statement.
