July 28 - BBC Chartering is launching a new apac (any port, any cargo) service, which covers inducement calls for project, breakbulk and general cargo.
According to BBC, the apac service will increase flexibility for inducements along trade lanes, provide global coverage on over 30 high-frequency trades, as well as decrease risk and increase reliability for the shipping line's customers.
Under the apac service, BBC will promote North America, South America, Europe, the Mediterranean, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and Australia as service areas. In addition, special destination services will be offered for Central America, the Caribbean, Great Lakes, intra-Europe, Caspian Sea and Arctic Sea sailings.
