June 22 - The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi Electric Company (SEC) to transport imports as part of a five-year deal.
The MoU, which was signed by the ceos of both companies, states that a joint working group comprising a number of specialists from the two companies will be formed to strengthen the cooperation and create plans needed to implement the companies' strategies.
The agreement also stipulates that integrated logistics services for marine, land and air transportation will be provided. Bahri will be responsible for handling the transport of equipment, tools, spare parts and products for SEC.
