December 27 - Effective January 1, 2017, Atlantic RoRo Carriers (ARRC) will renew its partnership with Manchester Terminal at the Port of Houston giving it priority berthing and round-the-clock operations managed through Gulf Stream Marine.
Manchester Terminal, which ARRC has called at for the past 12 years, is a private terminal covering 72.5 acres which is fully stabilised and paved. The facility features two large docks allowing multiple vessels to berth simultaneously. Manchester also offers Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) capabilities and the facility includes a 24/7 monitored security system to ensure safety and cargo visibility at all times.
Gulf Stream Marine, as the exclusive terminal operator at Manchester, offers a combination of services encompassing warehousing, packing, barge and railroad access, including direct loading and unloading. With its newly renovated computer system, ARRC will now be able to provide cargo delivery updates to clients in real time.
