July 11 - Baunatal, Germany based heavy transport and crane contractor Albert Regel GmbH has taken delivery of the first-ever Liebherr LTR 1220 telescopic crawler crane to leave the assembly line.
The 220-tonne capacity crane was delivered in June and was used for the construction of a prefabricated concrete building. Onsite, the LTR 1220 hoisted loads of up to 21 tonnes and helped position components at a radius of 55 m.
Albert Regel operates a fleet of 35 mobile cranes with lifting capacities of up to 500 tonnes, as well as an extensive range of heavy transport equipment.
