April 4 - Albacor Shipping, a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC), has transported two castings from the port of Houston by barge to Chattanooga.
One of the castings had dimensions of 7.66 x 5.60 x 2.86 m and weighed 91 tonnes; the other was 8.16 x 5.60 x 2.51 m with the same weight.
The cargo arrived in Houston on a vessel belongong to Grieg Star Shipping and will go to a new facility in Chattanooga which will manufacture steam and gas turbines, as well as power generators.
