February 9 - Hybrid Air Vehicles has attached the mission module to its Airlander 10, which is scheduled to take to UK skies for the first time in 2016.
The mission module, which includes the cockpit and payload bay, is the latest external structure to be attached to Airlander's hull as Hybrid Air Vehicles prepared for the aircraft's first flight in spring.
The fuel module has also been installed at the rear of the aircraft, as well as the payload beam, which Hybrid Air Vehicles says will support bulky and oversize external cargo.
The next stage of development will see the fins and engines attached to the Airlander's hull.
