April 1 - Effective today, AirBridgeCargo Airlines (ABC) has added a third weekly Boeing 747 freighter call to Singapore.
The airline launched twice-weekly services between Moscow and Changi Airport during September 2015 with flights every Thursday and Sunday. ABC said the new Friday frequency would satisfy growing customer demand, while offering onward connections to Hong Kong and the carrier's global route network.
Lim Ching Kiat, Changi Airport Group's senior vice president for market development, said: "This growth in capacity will provide more cargo options between Singapore and Russia, as well as beyond to Europe and the United States. Going forward, we will continue to work with AirBridgeCargo to pursue growth opportunities at Changi."
