January 9 - Aaras Project & Logistics Pakistan has handled 215 heavy and out-of-gauge cargoes for the Attock refinery project at Port Qasim.
The consignment, which weighed a total of 877 tonnes with a volume of around 5,238 cu m, was discharged from the vessel Fanja. Aaras arranged transportation inside the port from berth to a designated storage area, and coordinated Customs formalities.
Aaras also handled the inland transportation of the equipment to its jobsite, which was over 1,460 km away.
Aaras Project & Logistics is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for Pakistan.
