November 12 - Through its port agency in Karachi, Aaras Project & Logistics Pakistan has handled three incoming consignments, amounting to more than 48,000 tonnes of heavy items.
The first vessel to arrive was Amber Alena, which arrived in Karachi with 11,597 packages of power generation units, oil field machinery, land drilling rigs, mining trucks and other steel cargoes.
Aaras also handled the Zhe Hai 25, which was carrying 1,278 packages of steel cargoes, including plates, coils and wire rods.
The last vessel to be unloaded was King Brave, which held 2,096 packages of project cargo, including Komatsu excavators and cranes, an industrial boiler, and construction materials.
Aaras Project & Logistics is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for Pakistan.
