Italy-headquartered Tuvia Italia has loaded a heat exchanger on to a heavy lift vessel at Monfalcone port.
Manufactured by Alfa Laval Olmi, the shipment included two main components. The heaviest of which weighed 775-tons (703.7-tonnes) and measured 42.50 m x 7.20 m x 6.25 m.
The second unit measured 19.58 m x 5.15 m x 5.67 m and weighed 211-tons (191.4 tonnes).
The components, plus additional equipment weighing approximately 600-tons (544.3-tonnes), were loaded onto SAL Heavy Lift’s vessel Hilke at Monfalcone port for transportation to Dalian, China.
