SARR Freights has transported project cargo from the port in Krishnapatnam to the city of Ramagundam in India, covering a distance of roughly 650 km.
The shipment included various oversized cargo items and general purpose containers totalling 2,500 freight tons. It also included 60-100-ton (54.4-90.7 tonnes) crates, and a 200-ton (181.4-tonne) centrifugal compressor.
The delivery was part of a long-term contract the SARR is handling. The Indian project forwarder oversaw the Customs clearance at the port in Krishnapatnam, port handling, storage, and inland transportation.
SARR Freights is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) in India.
