InterConti Navigation has coordinated the delivery of crates on behalf of Uhde High Pressure Technologies, part of ThyssenKrupp Group.
Weighing up to 95 tonnes, the crates arrived at Wallmann’s terminal in Hamburg by barge. Here, InterConti chartered multipurpose shipping line Chipolbrok to ship the cargoes to Qingdao.
Chipolbrok’s 37,000 dwt Chipol Changjiang, equipped with two 260-tonne capacity cranes, collected the cargoes, which were loaded using custom-built spreaders.
According to InterConti, the shipment is scheduled to arrive in Qingdao in early January.
