Turkish heavy lift and engineered transport provider Hareket has transported and assembled a 200 m tall flag pole in Azerbaijan.
The flagpole, described as the world’s tallest, stands at 200 m and weighs 1,300 tonnes. The largest tower section weighed some 234 tonnes.
Last month, Hareket reached an agreement with TII Scheuerle to expand its fleet with 200 axle lines of SPMTs.
Carlos Moreno Martín-Viveros has been appointed as global head of wind at Hareket, effective November 11 2024.
Hareket has completed the unloading of a 412-tonne gas turbine generator at Bautino Port, Kazakhstan. The heavy transport engineering firm has also transported a 650-tonne tugboat in Türkiye.
Nimalan Logeswaran will join Hareket as its chief commercial officer on November 1, 2024.
