Dan-Czech Specialtransport has delivered three 73-tonne oxygen vessels from Kreuztal in Germany to Ostrava in the Czech Republic.
During the pre-carriage from VAKO’s manufacturing facility in Kreuztal to the port of Bonn, Dan-Czech used a girder bridge system with bolsters to minimise the height of the cargoes.
They were then transported along the Rhine and Danube rivers from the port of Bonn to the port of Bratislava in Slovakia.
From there, the cargoes were loaded onto three trailers and moved by road to their final destination, the steelworks of ArcelorMittal Ostrava.
