Combi Lift India and Combi Lift Bremen were responsible for the project, with expert support from SAL Engineering. 17 packages with a combined weight of 617.7 tonnes were moved from from Mumbai, India, to Arzew, Algeria. From Oman, Combi Lift coordinated delivery 16 packages totalling 3,646.6 cu m with the heaviest package at 196.3 tonnes and the longest measuring 43.9 m.

The delivery had to navigate through extensive civil work in Oman due to routes damaged by rainfall and had to bypass the Red Sea due to insurance restrictions.

Last month, HLPFI reported that Ralph Stierli had joined Combi Lift Projects USA as chief operating officer.
