Enerpac Heavy Lifting Technology has introduced its ETT series of industrial turntables
The ETT200 and ETT400 turntables simplify handling, adjustment and orientation of loads weighing 200 tonnes and 400 tonnes, respectively.
The turntables have been deigned to complement Enerpac’s SL series of hydraulic gantries and the LH series of low height skidding systems. Using hydraulic cylinder technology, the turntables are designed to safely rotate almost any large or heavy load in restricted spaces.
In the case of the ETT200 a single, double-acting 25-tonne capacity hydraulic cylinder drives the system. Two cylinders are used in the ETT400 model. Both systems can be operated with standard Enerpac hydraulic pumps.
With a low-profile design just 150 mm in height, the ETT turntables provide high load stability. The turntable has a diameter of 1,825 mm.
Jeremy Stubbs, commercial director at Enerpac Heavy Lifting Technology, said: “The system easily pays for itself in productivity gains and improved efficiency during device installation, removal or maintenance, while protecting workers from potential injury caused by attempted manual rotation during skidding operations or suspension.”
