Crosby Group has acquired Spain-based Airpes.
Airpes develops and manufactures under-the-jib equipment, as well as lifting, handling, and weighing solutions for customers in the wind energy and industrial markets. It will be part of Crosby’s expanding technology solutions portfolio, which includes Crosby BlokCam, Crosby Straightpoint, and the company’s stake in Verton.
