Cordeiro Group in Brazil has acquired a 500-tonne capacity AC 8.500-1 all-terrain crane from Tadano.
“The company is growing and looking for new equipment, and this is just the first of this size. This machine will expand our fleet and make us more robust in the market”, said Aldelfredo Mendes, commercial director of the Cordeiro Group.
The crane features a 90 m luffing jib, a patented Sideways Superlift (SSL) system and the fall protection system.
The first project for the AC 8.500-1 will be a long-term maintenance contract on a wind farm.
