October 18 - Specialist project forwarding network, the Worldwide Project Consortium, says that the growing number of significant infrastructure projects in Brazil will be important for its recently appointed new member in that country.
Aerobrasil Agenciamento E Logistica Ltda will cover Northern Brazil and Amazonia, whilst the WWPC's long-standing member, Olisboa remains an active member for Central and South Brazil.
Through the combined efforts of Aerobrasil and Olisboa, WWPC says that it is now able to offer extended coverage for project forwarding in Brazil.
Aerobrasil Agenciamento E Logistica has been located in Manaus, Brazil since 1995, managing heavy cargo shipments of special projects in the north of the country, import and export shipments and customs brokerage operations for door to door services.
Recently Aerobrasil has handled the barge transport of Wartsila engines which transitted through Manaus destined for Equador. A second shipment for Petrobras consisted of a drilling rig carried onboard two barges and transported to another port in the Amazonas state.
