CakeBoxx Technologies has appointed Sean Tan as chief technical officer, tasked with leading the company’s worldwide research and development, systems engineering, and ongoing product development initiatives.
CakeBoxx specialises in manufacturing bespoke containers for handling specialised cargoes. Tan will be focused on scaling CakeBoxx Technologies’ industrial manufacturing, with a focus on automotive, energy, aerospace, and defence industries. He has 25 years of experience as a senior mechanical design engineer at Caterpillar, JRB, and Pratt & Whitney, among others.
