March 23 - Danny Levenswaard has been appointed manager of the Port of Rotterdam Authority's breakbulk department, with effect from April 11, 2016.
Levenswaard will replace Edwin Lammers, who returned to Rotterdam as the new director of breakbulk in August 2015. He has since left the port authority to join Progeco Holland as managing director.
Levenswaard has been employed by the port authority since 1992 and has held various managerial positions, including business development manager for Rotterdam's shipping and bulk businesses.
He most recently served as senior business manager, shipping.
