Roll Group’s Thailand office is moving to a new location with its own yard.
According to the company, the new facility significantly boosts its operational capacity, enabling it to offer even more services.
In 2020, Roll Group and Bintan Offshore Marine Center (BOMC) entered into an agreement where Roll Group will have its own dedicated facilities within BOMC’s yard in Indonesia’s Riau Islands.
Under the contract, Roll Group, as an exclusive partner in the BOMC yard, supported further development of the overall facility by installing cranes and trailers. The yard would also have jetty access, enabling the transport of cargo modules using Roll Group’s fleet of ro-ro vessels.
Roll Group strengthened its presence in the Asia Pacific market a year earlier by opening offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and South Korea.
