June 21 - BDP International has named Frank P. Osusky executive vice president of its board of directors.
He continues to serve as the company's global chief financial officer and treasurer, where he has brought diverse financial management expertise to bear on the company's global growth, maximizing profits, leading business expansion through merger and acquisition negotiations, and improving financial efficiencies.
"With over 30 years of domestic and global experience, Frank has accumulated a broad-based knowledge of financial management and provided leadership and coordination of BDP's financial planning and financing to yield significant cost savings in support of our strategic growth," said BDP president and CEO Richard J. Bolte, Jr.
Prior to joining BDP in 2000, Osusky held senior financial and customer service positions in both privately owned and publicly traded companies, including Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, GTE, Automatic Data Processing, Inc. and Wechsler Corporation.
