Paris-headquartered Octra and Johannesburg-based Vanguard have entered a strategic partnership to serve clients in the energy, automotive, renewables and mining industries.
The partnership will bring together both companies’ expertise to offer complex project management, engineered heavy lift solutions, and transportation and installation equipment.
The companies will be represented in Europe, where Octra is based, and across Africa, through Vanguard’s experience and offices in South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Zambia.
This reinforces Octra’s current focus on African projects, the company added. Octra also has a presence in Asia and North America.
