October 11 - Havator AB has acquired all shares in Norrlandskranar AB and its affiliated subsidiaries Norrlandskranar i J
The companies have offices in Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik, Härnösand and Östersund, Sweden and currently have 35 employees and a turnover amounting to around SEK49 million (EUR5.39 million / USD7.35 million).
The primary focus of the purchased operations is mobile crane services in central Sweden, with a 20-strong crane fleet in the 10-300 tonne lift capacity range.

Havator Group is a business with operations that involve crane services, special and heavy transport, section assembly and harbour crane operations. Previously, it had crane operations at Uppsala, Sundsvall and Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. Other Havator crane operations in Sweden are in Nyköping, Norrköping, Motala, Gothenburg, Stenungsund as well as in Umeå, Skellefteå, Piteå, Luleå, Kalix and Kiruna.
