Prior to becoming M&M Indonesia on May 1, 2024, the entity was affiliated with a well-established group, operating as a branch office since 2005. Militzer & Münch became a shareholder in the entity during March 2024, expanding its operations in Asia and Oceania.

M&M Indonesia now has a team of 72 full-time employees and 20 outsourced personnel from a head office in Jakarta, which includes a 6,000 sq m warehouse. The company also manages an operations office at Jakarta International Airport (CGK) with a bonded warehouse, and branch offices in Surabaya and Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, the latter being in close proximity to the future capital of Indonesia, Nusantara.

Militzer & Münch said that the office will offer a comprehensive range of services, including airfreight and sea freight forwarding, inland transportation, warehousing, project logistics, and Customs brokerage services. The team specialises in sectors such as healthcare, chemicals, automotive, aerospace, and time-critical shipments. A dedicated trade lane development team, with specialists for the South Korean and Japanese markets, along with key account management, is in place to support our global operations.
