July 18 - Offshore crane and equipment manufacturer Kenz Figee has been acquired by investment company MeeMaken.
Former members of Mammoet's senior management team and MeeMaken managing partners - Roderik van Seumeren and Natasja Sesink - will become the new owners of Kenz Figee.
MeeMaken's portfolio of companies also includes Selmers Industrial, Rigging Americas, HLT Solutions, Euro-Rigging, BeOne Development and Alltec Lifting Systems.
Kenz Figee will retain its name and the activities of its two units - Kenz Cranes and Kenz Crane Services - will remain unchanged, said the manufacturer.
Kenz Figee designs and produces offshore cranes ranging in lifting capacity from 2.5 to 500 tonnes. The company also manufactures a range of associated offshore equipment, and provides comprehensive repair and maintenance services.
