Maxim Crane Works has entered an agreement to acquire B&G Crane, a subsidiary of NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul Services and a provider of rental and lifting solutions in the USA’s Gulf Coast region.
The acquisition will enhance Maxim’s full service, nationwide crane rental and lifting solutions portfolio and expands its operations in one of the nation’s most critical regions, said the company. On closure of the deal, B&G Crane will be integrated into Maxim. As a result, B&G customers will have access to one of the largest fleets in the USA, with more than 150 cranes ranging in capacity from 4 tons (3.6 tonnes) to 825 tons (748 tonnes) and a supporting truck fleet in excess of 100 vehicles.
