The port of Long Beach, USA, has named Frank Colonna as president of the board of harbour commissioners and Steven Neal as vice president, effective August 10.
Colonna was first appointed to the harbour commission in 2017. He has served as vice president since July 2019.
Outgoing president Bonnie Lowenthal has been appointed as secretary.
