ISS Global Forwarding Italy has acquired Titan Project & Logistic, effective March 1, 2019.
The acquisition includes the entirety of Titan Project & Logistic’s freight forwarding and ship agency activities.
According to Titan’s ceo Federico Bartoli, the company will be fully incorporated into the ISS Global Forwarding brand.
