Associated British Ports (ABP) has appointed Ian Henderson as head of property for the Southampton region in the UK.
Henderson will start his role at ABP in October. He currently serves as group property director at Wincanton, where he is responsible for all strategic and operational management of a portfolio with more than 100 sites across the UK and Ireland. A chartered surveyor with a MRICs certification, he has over 20 years of property experience.
At ABP, Henderson will lead property activity across the Southampton region, including business parks in Marchwood and Eling, as well as the port itself.
