August 23 - Just one year after he was appointed ceo, HANSA HEAVY LIFT has announced that Tomas Dyrbye has left the company and will be replaced by Roger Iliffe its interim ceo.

The role is not a new one for Iliffe, a senior VP of Oaktree International, the 100 percent shareholder of the shipping company. He was appointed interim ceo in early 2011 during the closure of Beluga Shipping and the launch of HANSA HEAVY LIFT.

In a short statement, Iliffe said: "We would like to take this opportunity of thanking Tomas for his contribution, and wishing him well for the future."

The statement added that Iliffe will remain as interim CEO whilst the company searches for a replacement.
